Pricing Information Our pricing is a la carte based. If you decide that you’d like Hermle Photography to be your photographer of choice, than your only financial obligation is listed in our “Essentials Coverage” section. We can add other components to your “package”, depending upon your needs or desires, and we’ve listed those options below, but you’re not under any obligation to do so. Our payment schedule is as follows: 1/3 of the cost of our “Essentials Coverage” is required to retain our services, and the remaining 2/3 is required to be paid to us one week prior to your event. If you’ve decided to use Hermle Photography to produce your albums and you’d like to take advantage of the 20% discount on albums described below, then an additional $250 would be required to be paid 1 week prior to your event as well. Essentials Coverage The “Essential Coverage” contains the following elements:
*Assistant Our assistant’s duties are varied, but their primary responsibilities are to assist our clients throughout the day, and especially during photo sessions by helping arrange various wedding party and family photos. We ask our clients to take a few moments prior to their wedding day to generate lists of photos they’d like taken. Our assistants help insure that in addition to the photos we’d normally take such as the bride and groom with the entire wedding party, the specific photos requested by our clients are re also taken. Our assistants have also been known to take an occasional photograph, adding to your overall photographic presentation.
Second Photographer If you’d like the additional coverage afforded by a second photographer one may be secured for $750.00 Prints Hermle Photography has taken a decidedly different approach to event and wedding photography. Hi resolution cds of your event are given to you in a timely fashion, so you are under no obligation to use Hermle Photography to produce reprints or albums. If you decide that you’d like Hermle Photography to produce prints for you, then the prints will be generated at a generous 50% discount. For example, if our 5*7 or 8*10’s normally list for $25. The reduced price would be $12.50 per print.
Wedding Albums We use Art Leather and Capri albums exclusively. Wedding albums may be produced of varying sizes so the cost of our albums will depend upon the number of pages you ultimately decide to include within your album. Our wedding albums are priced at $50 per page and our wedding album covers start at $175. If you’d like assistance designing your album, design assistance will be provided to you without charge. Pricing example: A 24 page wedding album and a $175 wedding album cover would cost: $1,375.
Parent albums Parent albums can be designed to include up to76 pages; prices start at $190 for a 10 page album containing 4*5 photos or "designer pages " in lieu of paper mats and prints. Additional pages may be added for an additional $25 per page
Pre purchase agreement: Once again, you are under absolutely no obligation to purchase anything in addition to our “Essential Coverage”. However, if you decide upon reviewing our work on display in the studio or on the internet, that you’d like to purchase either wedding albums or, parent albums from Hermle Photography in the future, you can lock in a 20% discount on your initial order by giving Hermle Photography a non refundable $250 deposit prior to your wedding or event day. The lock in period will be for 6 months and commences with the deliver of your preview magazine and hi resolution cds
